1, one long cucumber;
2, 1/4 tsp salt
3, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
4, 1 tsp vinegar
1, Peel the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into chunks, put into a bowl;
2, Then put salt, sesame oil and vinegar into the bowl;
3, Mix everything together with a spoon to make sure mix it well.
Serve this dish immediately to make sure the cucumber taste crisp.
For your personal flavor, adjust the recipe amount.
There are some options available for this dish. A lot of people prefer to add some sugar. I personally don’t add sugar for the health concern.
If you wish to have some garlic flavor, you can put some fresh garlic mince from 1/4 tsp to 1 tsp depending on your personal preference.
Or you could put some pepper oil if you enjoy spicy flavor or some sugar if you like.
If you do wish to put sugar, make sure don’t put garlic or pepper oil to make sure the salad just tastes right.
If you wish to have some warm feeling, you can hot the oil then pour into the salad. You can be some creative with this simple salad.
