Our products are made to order, therefor we usually don’t accept refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty. We suggest you to read the item description and size carefully before you order. If in doubt, always order a size up. If you do have an issue, please send us a message to email@example.com no later than 14 days after you received the item. We will be happy to make it right.
We stand behind the quality of our products, however, it might happen that you may receive a wrong or misprinted item or a faulty product, in this case, the product will be replaced at no charge.
Please contact us no later than 14 days after you received the item. Send us a message with the invoice and the packing slip to firstname.lastname@example.org to describe the problem in details. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods as well.
